Students on the PIlates reformer



A brilliant system of exercises, using breath, timing and wisdom to access our core musculature, muscles deep in the body. We stand up taller, breath more fully, feel energized longer in our days and ache less. We teach Pilates on the equipment or on the mat for you, solo, with your friend, duets, or in a group class. Solo lessons recommended if you have more individual needs.

Yoga & Meditation


Both bring harmony and balance to the body, mind and heart. We feel calmer, more capable. We slow down and yet accomplish more. I teach yoga in a flowing manner, following breath. I do not push you around, but show you how to align yourself. We laugh, then we are quiet. You have time and space to explore your own presence, your own thought patterns and sensations.

Both & More


Pilates style exercises and yoga compliment each other. Each uses breath to bring health to the body and mind. We move. We hold still and observe. Pilates brings a happy feeling to our yoga spines. Yoga and meditation calm our analytical Pilates minds. We grow strong inside and out. From there, we can start to reach out to others. We take care of ourselves, so we can care for our community and environment.

What’s Up?

Class changes:

Starting Tuesday September 11th, Jules will teach a Beginning Equipment class at 7am. This class will be appropriate to whomever signs up for class if you are in the beginner and intermediate levels.

Friday noon Mat Pilates classes are now a Master class for Intermediate Students series. This is a class that has a theme through the month. Upcoming themes are noted in the newsletters.

Instructor Outages:

Erica: Last classes will be Tuesday morning, August 7. We wish Erica well as she prepares for her growing family.

Scott Martin has ended his Monday night class in order to spend more time with his “real job” at Red Sage and with family. We hope he will be lead QiGong workshops as his acupuncture schedule allows.

Seeking experienced Pilates instructors.
Must be able to work week nights and/or weekends. Email Jules for information and to set up an interview.
Also seeking substitute instructors for all times.
